Öztat Dönerproduktion GmbH was founded in 1999 by the Coskun brothers and has since quickly established itself as a leading producer of doner spits. Because of high demand for its products, the company decided to build a new business complex located in Nürnberg in 2008.

By now, Öztat delivers across Europe. The special seasoning mix is a home recipe that identifies tradional Öztat doners. Öztat works with renowned German meat suppliers to ensure freshness and quality.

Quality and taste standards are permanently upheld and worked on to be enhanced. Due to modern technology and production safety, implementation of the HACCP concept and quality assurance, the company has been granted the EG number “DE-BY-50119-EG”.
